Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern access to the yoba-team object storage service ("the Service"). By creating credentials or making requests against the API, you agree to them on behalf of your workspace.

2. Acceptable use

The Service is for storage of data you own or are authorized to process. You may not store unlawful content, attempt to access buckets you are not granted, or use the Service to attack third parties. We may suspend credentials that violate this section.

3. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly availability for the S3 API. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

4. Data & retention

You retain ownership of stored objects. Deleted objects are purged within 30 days. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
